HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!!!!
I hope everyone is having a great New Year's Eve!! Wow 2016 has flown by for me!!!
Some of my favorite things about 2016 for me where getting my license, winning a local barrel series, winning first and getting a saddle for that win, and growing the closest I've ever been to God!! All in all it's been a pretty great year!
Today I spent time with friends we went shopping and out to eat. We spent the night with them last night, we stayed up till 2 a.m. watching movies and eating lots of candy:)
Tonight I will be just spending time with family, and getting my New Year's resolutions typed up for you guys.
Funny story....... me and my friend were sitting in the car waiting for our moms to get out off the store, and we honked the horn at these high school boys as the walked by, and the were looking around for a long time trying to figure out who and why somebody was honking at them:)
I am 16 years old. In my blog I will write about all the crazy, fun, and exciting things that happen in my life. Also, barrel racing tips, DIYs, finger nail designs, and hairstyles. Being an only child 14 years was pretty great, then my parents adopted 2 kids out of foster care. Kinda shook up my world! But I've grown to love them both! Being a teenager can be funny and embarrassing so I'll add stories about that! Also the most important thing in life is my faith in God!

Advice
Lately I have been thinking, and honestly settling for anything less then what you want just because you don't want to wait for better, is not a smart thing to do! You will end up regretting it!! Waiting is such a hard thing, I know its not fun and somethings take a long time, but in the end you will regret not waiting! So be patient wait for the right timing. Forcing anything weather its happiness, love, or horse training it just doesn't work. Take it from me have patience things work better that way!! Wait for God's timing!!

What I Was Up To Today
Today I am starting to to think about my new
years resaloutions.
One of my resalotions this year is to barrel
race in all of our local rodeos. So today I am babysitting a 5 year old boy.
Babysitting is a fun and easy way to make money for rodeos.
I’d love to hear
any of your ideas on making extra money!
The boy I am babysitting has horses at his
house, he loves talking about them and going out to see them!
I will have all my resalotions up on New Years.
I’d love to hear your New Years resalotions!
Story……
the reason I was needed to babysit today was because of the 75 mph winds we had
on Christmas they had to clean up trees. Also a tree blew over on a bulls leg
and broke its leg, a trailer tipped over, there barn door flew off, and there
shed flipped over. It was a pretty crazy storm!!

Daily Qoute
I find this quote very true and inspiring, find what you love doing and then follow that passion, and you will soon find your purpose! Everybody has a purpose.
Horse Pictures
Hey guys, here are some pictures I found of our horses. Sorry about the quality of some of these pictures, they got taken off of my parents computer with my phone.
This is me on my mom's horse Quinn going on a summer night ride.
This is my mom's horse Quinn.
This is my horse Maggie.
This is me riding my horse Jayney.
This is my mom's horse Bo last spring.
This is my horse Ellie.
This is my Quarter pony Joey after a roll in the mud.
This is my moms horse Sonny.
A Little About My Horses
Right now I have 3 horses and 1 quarter pony,
and my mom has 3 horses. Here is a little description of each horse.
Jayney is my 16 year old sorrel quarter horse
mare. She is my o-mok-see horse she and I have won 2 O-MOK-SEE and got reserve
one year. She is my go to horse when I want to teach somone how to ride she is
gental and kind. My brother Grayson rides her as a trail horse.
Maggie is my 13 year old tri paint (3 colors
brown, black, and white) mare. She is my barrel horse she and I took first at a
local barrel racing series this year. She is a very enterjetic horse she loves
anything that includes running.
Joey is my 12
year old white quarter pony gelding. He is my trail horse also I try tricks on
him. He is an attitude in a small package.
Ellie is my 5 year old bay quarter horse mare.
I am training her on the barrel and pole pattren. She has a lot of potential.
She is Seattle slews grand daughter. I can already tell she has some speed in
her!!
Quinn is my moms black quarter horse gelding,
He is her barrels, poles, O-mok-see, and pretty much all around horse.
Bo is my moms 5 year old buckskin quarter
horse gelding. She is training him on the barrel and pole pattren.
Sonny is my mom’s 15 year old sorrel quarter
horse gelding. My sister Faelynn rides him around at home as a trail horse.
These are my horses I will be writing blogs
about them and funny and intresting things that happen. I will also answer any
questions you might have about my horses, your horses, or just horses in
genral!
Funny story….So when we first moved into our
new house I was 6 years old, our whole property was just one bigged fence in
area (temporarily), so I was talking on the phone with a friend, and I looked
out the window and on the porch there was my mom's horse Quinn who was 8 months
so he was kinda little… but his head was down so I yelled “there is a bear on
the porch” I hung up the phone and looked out the window again, and I realized
it was a Quinn, I had to call back my friend and explain, which was kinda
embarrassing. J

Daily Qoutes
This quote is very true reminding us to be who God has created us to be! Be yourself everybody else is already taken.
DIY Winter Finger Nail Design
Here is how to recreate this design.
Step one: Grab all you supplies. For this design I used a light blue nail
polish, a gold nail polish, and a white skinny tip nail polish. (if you don’t have
skinny tip nail polish you can dip a tooth pick in a regular nail polish)
Step 2: Paint you nails using two coats of polish.
Step 3: Draw snowflakes on all of your nails.
Now you have a cute and easy winter nail design.
Merry Christmas!!
Merry Christmas!!! I hope everyone has a
blessed day!
I don’t know
about you guys, but I am so thankful Jesus came to earth to save us from our
sins, so we could live in Heaven with him!!
Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace
good will toward men. Luke 2:14
This Christmas
I am at home spending time with family. We
opened presents this morning, and we have been just spending time together, and
playing around with the things we have gotten. Now mom is making a really good
smelling dinner of ham, potatoes, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, and a
mixed berry pie.
This Christmas is quite strange instead of
snow we have gotten thunderstorms, with pouring rain. When I went out to water
my horses it started pouring rain and I had to come in and wait to water them
until later.
Hope everybody has a Merry Christmas! God
bless!
Funny story….my brother got a new bike for Christmas
he has come in three times drenched and dragging mud through the house. One time
he wiped out and had mud all over him, he brought mud and water all through the
kitchen, mom wasn’t so happy.
A Little Bit About Me
Hi my name is Kelsea Allen I am 16. I live in the USA. I live with my dad (Tyce), mom
(Savanah), my sister (Faelynn) age 13, and brother (Grayson) age 12. I was an only child for 14 years
and then my parents adopted my siblings out of foster care, it was an
adjustment, but I love them both, this will be something I will blog about.
My hobbies include barrel racing, training
horses, trying stunts with my horses, training a pony we have with a major
attitude, basketball, volleyball, wrestling matches with my siblings, waiting
for the day my dad doesn’t have to ask me to help him with his new IPhone,
doing cool finger nail designs, hanging with friends, and doing cool things
with my hair.
Let’s start
off with a funny story;
Have any of you ever tried to show off for
your friends? Wait I'm going to take that back who doesn’t try to show off for their
friends?
Ok here it
goes ...one of my best friends Rachel was over and we were outside with my mom,
bringing my pony Joey in from grazing, I decide hey I should try to jump on
Joey bare back, so I did, and all of the sudden my mom started shaking a bucket
of grain to get Joey to come in, he took
off I tried to get of…..well instead of
landing on my feet I hit my knees and then landed flat out on my stomach. It
ended up with Rachel and my mom laughing and me being in pain with blood and
bruises on my knees but laughing anyway.
My blog will include all of my hobbies I have
listed, funny stories, DIYs, stories about my family, and horse training tips. Also
you can comment and tell me what you would like to hear about, or advice you
need.
